Using BlueStacks

I have up connecting to app. I tried everything. I'm being told app will not work with my Samsung phone any longer. Wishing I had gotten a recognized brand instead of wasting my money on this

I got the scale to go with my phone with the app and it will not connect with my phone with the new update as others are describing. What a waste of money and I'm so upset that they are not fixing this. I would not have purchased the scale if I had known.

You need to pair it in Bluetooth settings first. Then step on the scale, go to settings on your app, tap unsecured connect, then your scale should be there. Once you tap your scale it should work.
