Just got the scale was about to use it, have to sign up first, but it says download another app vesync but the brochure that came with the scale says the scale does not use the vesync app what is going on with this.

Worked great for a year, now I'm reinstalling hoping it starts working again.

The app appears unable to recognize my scale. In the beginning there was a tone that would signal that I had weighed myself, but now nothing. Additionally when I searched for the app to pair, I kept getting a message "must have app to connect (pair)". It's aggravating.

Have had this app for about 2yrs now been great until update in December now it only measures wieght and bmi , very disappointed 😞😒😑 also thought uninstall/reinstall might have helped but nothing!!! Please get this sorted
