Absolute rubbish. I was told they won't help me, because they don't deal with my issue anymore. Even though it clearly says they do deal with it , in the about section and on the play store. It even says if your problem isn't listed, they'll still help. This is the 2ND time I've been turned away, don't think I'll bother with any of this again. Would not recommend to anyone.
