Not getting started the App. OTP never received. Tried so many times. Only the message comes saying, "The OTP has been sent on ....... this mobile number. Hopeless app. Whom to contact for ?????????

The app does not allow for sign in despite entering name and phone no. It pops up error message connection time out error even though internet is working perfectly.
