Great workouts. Horrible App. The constant inconsistencies and crashes of the Android Version aren't worth the annual fee. It may be time to find a new workout app. I just paid an extra $40 for a challenge and can't even get access to the workouts!! Have contacted support several times!! Like many others, I lost my progress after the last challenge but looked past it bc I enjoy the workouts so much. However, I can't look past just giving away money and not getting anything in return!

I love the workouts... when they work. The Android app is hugely disappointing considering the cost of a membership. Community never loads, nutrition sometimes and the workouts freeze or kick you out. I signed up for the summer challenge ready to try again and already had to email service because it wouldn't load. The push did help it load yesterday, then I wake up this morning ready to rock and it's gone. Such a waste of money.

Erin and the workouts are great but plankk (app developer/support) is just absolutely the worst. Want to be pumped for a workout challenge and super motivated only to completely miss the first day because nothing is working? Look no further. Erin was kind enough to even reach out to support on my behalf but still no luck. The community section is just a spinning wheel of death so I can't even connect with others in the app. Updates and removing/reinstalling do nothing. Bummed.

Ahh! I previously gave this app a 5☆ review because I absolutely love Erin's workouts. But darnit, android users beware! When switching back to the regular program after completing the January challenge, I lost all my progress. I contacted CS and was told to wait for an update which should fix everything. I waited for weeks. Finally got the update and now the app won't open at all. I'm so bummed. 😞

Very frustrating. It's always crashing, most recently for weeks at a time. Have the newest version and still not loading properly. The support team tells me it's fixed and it's not.

Unfortunately, I'm editing my review. I love Erin and her program; however, this app is constantly crashing on me. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to get in to complete my workout for the day, or if I'm in the middle of a workout.
