Downloaded and installed this, even after looking at the only negative reviews. I created an account then went to log in and it just gives an error message. I tried using another email and register again, and made sure I was putting everything in correctly, it still gave me the error. Don't download, unless they update it and fix this and the other things that are said in other reviews.

I'm not able to register for the app because having a lock screen is required. I don't want a lock screen precisely because I have epilepsy and want anyone to be able to access my phone in a time of emergency. Could you please fix this issue? I would love to use this app.

The app has not worked since the 4.0 release..... it was great beforehand and I hope this gets resolved because it is a great tool to use. Still no luck with app on Samsung S9 platform. Any updates on a fix for this? We are into August and still no luck with the app, is the app being decommissioned?

This hasn't worked since the last update. And I kept all my sons seizure activity notes in great detail in this app. Now I cant get to it to give his doctor the information in a hurry. Please fix the problems with the app.

Downloaded to track my child's siezures and it won't even open. Times out after a few seconds every time I try. Seeing reviews from the last few months, it looks like this is a common problem that hasn't been fixed yet. Pretty disappointing considering it's for the largest epilepsy resource.
