App wont go past the intro screen on Galaxy S10+. Might be an issue with Android 9 but this app always worked on my previous phones with older versions of Android.

App does nothing but show a full screen logo. Does nothing else. Just shows the ENT logo. No functionality at all. Pixel 3 XL.

As soon as you attempt to open the app it has a huge disclaimer about Covid 19 precautions that you can not clear after reading. You can not use the app.
