Не адекватное количество повторений за подход. По такому алгоритму заниматься невозможно. Пробно подтянулся 12 раз и прога предлагает в первую тренировку делать 5 подходов по ~8 раз, вторую трень 5 подходов по ~9 раз, третью трень 5 подходов по ~10 раз, че вообще ку-ку что-ли!? Было бы не так плохо если бы последний 5й подход был по количеству подтягиваний меньше предыдущих. Благодаря проге повредил плечо. Перешел на 100 pull-ups там всё норм.

Здравствуйте. Отличное приложение, сделано хорошо. У меня только один вопрос, а как рассчитывается количество повторений за подход?
