Length of time is not customizable; you have to pick a specific time, so doing a 7-minute workout is impossible. The exercises are not explained either verbally or visually; you have to know all the exercises that might appear, and there is no way in the app to see what exercises are available. The first one that came up for me was "curls." It didn't say arm curls or leg curls. Either way, I have no equipment for curls, making this app completely useless for my needs. Lastly, the user interface is as bare bones as it gets. Push a button, select a time, and hope you get exercises you know how to do and have the equipment for. There are no other settings. I've seen free apps with better programming. I hate to say this because the app is so inexpensive, but it is not worth $2, particularly since there is no chance of a refund.
