Every time you eat you rate that experience from 1 to 5 for both your feeling of pleasure as well as how you perceive your emotional state from 1 to 5.
Pleasure: 1 is not so much pleasure to 5 being highly pleasurable.
Emotions: 1 is emotionally in control to 5 having emotionally hard time as below.
If one number is higher than the other you pick the higher number.. On average 3 is where you want to be!
Almost Freebies!: Hi Protein Shakes Always = 1 point each. Fruits and Vegetables Always = 1 point for each 2 cups. Lots of bang for the satiety buck! You can use our 10 emojis below or pick your favorites on your smart phone that best represents your pleasure and emotions below and text it so you don't forget it!. Text a picture of your meal if you like as well. Assign emojis each for the numbers 1 to 5 as shown below.

Every time you eat is = 1 to 5 points
Breakfast 1 to 5 points
Snack 1 to 5 points
Lunch 1 to 5 points
Dinner 1 to 5 points

Train to keep your total meals to no less than 3 times and no more than 5 times per day.

Example 1. A One Day Example May look like this:

15 is good because 15/5 = 3. For good control, an average of about 3 is where you want to be, not too much less and not too much more.

Example 2. A One Week Example May look like this:
15 Emoji Points per day (Average 3 pleasure rating for each of 5 Meals) X 7 days in a week= 105
Add the Emoji Points for the 7 days of a week. The Optimal Total Emoji Points per week = 105.
