Requirement for work. Weird permissions needed. Needs to have a review screen before you hit submit so you can make sure you didn't accidentally hit something that will flag you/ "give you a yellow/red badge" for those of us who wake up and have to do it half asleep in the morning. Needs to be added to avoid stupid false positives because of a finger slip. Wouldn't use unless work requirement like for me. :/

This app forces me to go to settings everytime I open it. It wants me to allow phone calls but I don't need that. The app does not show up in the screen with my other apps. I have to go to Google play store everytime I want to open it. Total garbage.

I am not going to give this app permission to use any feature on my phone. In return the app makes me sign in multiple times before allowing me to fill out my information. Even worse the app will not allow my phone to save my log in information.

App worked for a while, but today went to blank screen after answering No to the three symptoms questions. Updated app to try and fix. Now app refuses to work unless I give it permissions to my phone. Useless.

So, as mentioned in other reviews, this app requires a ton of unnecessary permissions. It also wants you to test yourself with a thermometer that the app does not provide. The only reason I "have" to use this stupid app is because my job requires now.
