Their support team is very helpful and responded quickly. However, there is a glitch in the app. When selecting an available provider, don't use the "Video" button. ALWAYS use the "Schedule" button and make an appointment. The provider can't connect with you unless you make an appointment.

The app opens its initial announcement, about out of state Dr. Waivers, and freezes. Can't get to any functions. Have to restart phone to escape. Worse than useless!
