It was a very wonderful app but lately, it becomes very slow in responsing!! When i accept request, i can't find the chat window! And at the same time when i try to log out or reboot the app, it says that i can't do this because there is ongoing active request!!

Tha app bothers me very much This is what's happening with me; I already accepted the request .. but It becomes very slow and finally there in nothing .. When I review the completed requests I find these patient with (( failed request)) and find that there had already sent me a message ..!!!!

Slow app. Bugs with video calls and voice calls. U can't communicate with the patient by any means after the session. Edit: actually dr. Nermeen from Ember called and explained what happened and promised to work on the issues
