SNAP - utter rubbish. After 2 hours I finally got the app to connect to the Snap. Next day, no connection. Now can't connect to the app at all. What is even worse is that I can't connect the remote to the Snap. World's most expensive extractor fan is garbage.

Hi developers! Having in operation two white SNAP's I can't connect them to my home WiFi router after the last update of your application. The SNAP app is just just hanging on after I connect my smartphone to the SNAP via WiFi. It is expected that after having connected my smartphone to SNAP and returned into the application the last one should go on with the next steps but it doesn't. Will you give me some advice how to solve this situation. I wrote my request through your website and nobody answered me. It seems that you don't care about your customers.

Appears I have the same issue as many others....my smartphone connects to the Air Balancer via wifi then the app just hangs while telling me there is no internet connection.....

This app won't connect to the snap fan as noted by other reviews. Elica please sort this out or open your API so others can create control solutions

La app non si connette e non è possible monitorare umidità e temperatura da smartphone. Delusione!
