I've never been held so accountable to my macros! The InBody scan has also been great to help dial my macros in. I've never felt better in my every day life as well as my training regimen. Gaining actual skeletal muscle mass and losing body fat. The app is very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Great app. One point of improvement, the sodium is in grams but should be milligrams. That way if I'm over by 500 it should say 500mg instead of half a kilogram!
