Good app..few suggestions: 1. include more programs in Hindi as there are some missing as compared to in english one. 2. Daily meditation is really very good especially in Hindi..if possible include daily sessions of yoga too.. 3. Programs can be more organized.

It's an amazing app. They demonstrate the steps for all yoga sessions. There are short sessions of 10 to 20 minutes in case there's no time as well. They have a vast variety of videos to choose from. Be it meditation, yoga Nidra, yoga, stress busters and to keep the mind calm. Overall an amazing app. Should definitely try it out.

The app is really a boon to the people who are badly in search of a one which suits to their taste. The programmes designed are one of the best. I am a member of this app fir the past 6 months & I have come out of anxiety, breathlessness & fear like symptoms. I have been a regular user of eka for more than a year now. I started using it for basic meditation sessions and then moved to yoga. The teachers are quite experienced and the wide variety of content helps to pick and choose session according to your need. This app has greatly helped me navigate challenging times like 2020! The meditations on this app are appropriate for people at different levels of their practice. You find everything on a single app unlike other platforms. Another plus point of Eka is that there is no background music which is very distracting while meditating. If you are beginner and looking to start your practice, Eka is the right place to go to.
