I wanted to love this 'Complete' app. The GOOD: schedules workouts accurately. Perfect for staying on track in terms of workout days. The cadence is accurate too. The BAD: 1) Cannot substitute exercises if your equipment or exercises differ. 2) Cannot alter the weight this app says to start with, even if the weight becomes impossibly low for reaching failure even if tried 100 reps and kept going. 3) Cannot track actual weight used. Tim Ferris says in Four Hour Body (yes I read it), "If the additional 10 pounds feels easy after two to three reps, stop, wait five minutes, increase the weight an additional 5 to 10 pounds, then do your single set to failure." Not possible to track the actual weight used from one day to the next since the weights are fixed. 4) No integration with Google calendar or workout notifications/reminders. I initially gave this 5-stars. But after my fourth workout the app became useless for long-term weight tracking or journaling. The only value this provides is scheduling your routines and cadence. You'll need a separate journal beyond this app. Almost defeats the purpose. Uninstalled. Unfortunately :( One star for cadence and another for accurate scheduling.

I read the 4 hour body and I've been looking for an app exactly like this! Very simple to use and makes my life much easier.

Very clean and nicely done. Any chance of adding a more simple, metronome-type timer? Exporting to Google calendar would be awesome too. Great job overall though!
