I have a google pixel phone and the app just shuts down after i hit log in. Every single time. Four months now. Called the company and they said they are currently doing updates, but they were confused when i said i have been trying for months to get it to work on my phone. I've reported this happenong several times ans its very annoying. Nothing has changed and nothing is being done

this app doesnt work on Motorola Moto phone either. it worked great on my LG phone just fine. but on my new phone it keeps closing the app and wont let me login on my phone.

BIG FAT FAIL APP. Just downloaded it on to my Samsung Galaxy 8 and it doesn't let me even log in. Tried 7 times. The app just quits. So all the other reviews are pretty much the same. How do they expect people to access their portal... SMH
