البرنامج شكله ممتاز ولكن مخصص للمتدربين اللي بيسجلوا مع مدرب كمال اجسام معتمد مثل الكابتن محمد ابو قاعود واللي بيسجل مع المدرب يبعت له الكود وبيكمل تسجيل لانه في دفع مالي مقابل الاشتراك في هاد البرنامج

لا انصح بالاشتراك نهائيا!! اسوء خدمة تدريب شفتها في حياتي، وعودتي في البداية ومفيش حاجة منها بيتحقق ومفيش اي مرونة في تغيير النظام بحيث يناسب ظروف المشترك ولما تشتكي يتم لومك واتهامك ان التقصير من عندك وفي الاخر لما طلبت ارجاع الاشتراك رفض و مابقاش بيرد رغم انه علي موقعه كتب انه المدرب الوحيد الي بيرجع الاشتراك خلال اول شهر بدون اي اسئلة!! خد حذرك منه خصوصا ان اشتراكهاغلي كتير من كل المدربين المشهورين وبلا اي فائدة حقيقية!!!
