I just got the smartwatch i ordered, followed instructions and it does not work at all, my tablet nor smart phone is not able to pair with it. Device does not have an On/Off switch like the other smart band watches. Can not even tell if it is fully charged or charging when i connect the smartband to the USB outlet with its cable that comes with it. Can I get some help here please.
