Connects to all added devices initially, but when going back later to check the status it says it's connected but the status no longer updates. The only solution is to remove and re-add the Fiery server, then eventually it stops updating the status of that server again. Great idea, but poor execution. I was really hoping this would work for monitoring print jobs with my phone, but it's too tedious to continually remove and re-add the servers just to see their actual status. Why no response from EFI? There are probably hundreds of reviews similar to mine. May people are having problems like this.

Worthless. You have to be in the shop or near the machine for the app to connect. Thats pointless. Wanted the app to watch my press while it runs and i am at home.

Worked fine until the latest update. Now the app will not show any status, print queue, or other details for our Fiery. Works fine still on the iOS Fiery GO app.

Great app until latest update. Update made it to where app no longer shows current status of printer or ETA on print job.
