After 11 months I am once again trying to make a virtual clinic appointment & this App is still not working. I choose my doctor & time, then input Iqama & phone numbers & tap SUBMIT. After 6 attempts I give up. SUBMIT takes me to "add family member" & there's no way to confirm the appointment. Why offer the Virtual Clinic at all on this hopeless App?! If it is to simply make your customers angry, you have succeeded!! I'm logged in for every attempt. Try it yourself.
