this app is so great for helping me come up with meal ideas that fit within my macros! I appreciate that I can make favorites or find new recipes. very easy to use too.

Best food tracker I've ever used.

It recommended 894 calories a day which is dangerously low. I'm 152 cm, 52 years old & workout 7 days a fortnight. I walk everywhere & average 12,000 steps a day. My active calorie burn ranges 250-800 per/day unless in bed with a cold or flu. This is seriously ridiculous. I need to lose 2kgs & because it's such a small amount (4.4 lbs), I'm ok with losing it at a quarter kg per/month. That's just 250 calorie deficit per/day. But it obviously did a massive deficit without thought to basic health.

It's a great app but the algorithm is a bit wonky. Instead of a lot of variety meals it basically gives the same meals in random order throughout the week and there's a lot more smoothies than meals, but once you take your time liking and disliking some foods you'll have a better mix. Just got a take the time to go through it.

Meh. It's a fairly good app, but uses too many obscure vegetables, herbs, etc., that are not common to most people's ability to access. You will need an extensive pantry to make the recioes. Also, why should I pay between $80 to as much as $180 every year to use the app. I can buy a book containing the same, and often more specialized diet choices for a one time cost of about $15, and build a custom library of recipes and complete meals? Only a lazy fool would use this app.
