These are the least expensive hearing aids that come with a Bluetooth controller. It works great and everything functions well except the battery level always shows the battery High even though it's not. Additionally the hearing aids have a memory. When you open the battery door at night it remembers all the settings when you close the door in the morning. I $1600 Kirkland's had to be reset each time. On the negative side to takes a while for it to find the Bluetooth earbuds but it always does.

I've only used the app for a little while, but so far it works great. I don't know why some people feel it's only good if you can keep continuously connected, because you only need it when you make an adjustment. It's great that such an inexpensive hearing aid can be adjusted without taking it out of your ear. I wonder if some people have trouble with the app because they simply are not that comfortable with the technology.

I've used this App with two VoiceBuds for the past six weeks. I have it on a Moto G6 with Android 8.0. To save VoiceBud batteries, the App only connects by blue tooth when I open the App to make adjustments to the VoiceBuds. It usually connects promply and lets me quickly adjust the hearing volume or sound profile. Occasionally it is slow to connect, and I close and restart. I consider the VoiceBuds amazingly effective at their low price. The App is satisfactory.

I have one voice bud for each ear. I downloaded the app and it would only allow me to pick the left ear or the right, not both. Also the app kept crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and then it wasn't even recognizing the voice buds. Disappointed in the app but love the aids themselves. Would just be easier if the app worked!

Works OK. I've worn hearing aids for over 15 years. These are my first not dispensed by an audiologist. I love having more control over volume and tone. However, the one missing feature is the ability to tailor the sound with an equalizer. The addition of an equalizer to this app would earn it five stars.

Initially had trouble getting app to connect but an email to the company was answered in a couple of minutes. Two critical pieces of instruction: do not pair with your android bluetooth device, just go straight to the app to connect; and you must allow location access when installing. Hooked right up after that.
