Uptight thinking got you down? Do you need to take it easy man? Maybe let go of the Walter inside of you? Do you need to just Abide? Do you want to be Calmer than the Dude?

Then this app is for you. It has guided meditations for the Dude in all of us. They will help you let go of the daily BS and just take it easy man. “The Dude Abides”, “The Rug really Tied the Room Together”, and “Song of the Whale” are some of the guided meditations to take you to calmness and relaxation.

Inspired by The Dude’s movie and the world’s slowest growing religion, Dudeism, these meditations will get you to a calm place, so you are ready to roll those strikes in life and not take those gutter balls too seriously.

These meditations were written, recorded, and blessed by an ordained minister of Dudeism. Ok, blessed might be a bit much, but know that they are in the spirit of Dudeism and give you a nice escape from the Nihilists and Rug pee-ers of the world.
