About this app

Book a gym session at the Dungeon or Dynamic/Vigor Pods, get access to full workout programmes, and “Open (the) Door” to a new self-guided gym/workout experience.

We operate as a fully-automated gym with a range of cardio, functional fitness and strength equipment suitable for everyone from first-time gym goers to seasoned gym rats.

For those who prefer to follow a structured programme, in-app exercise videos feature workouts that incorporate our gym equipment such as the studio barbells, dumbbells, cable systems and punching bags. If you prefer a personal fitness coach, you can get in touch directly with the trainers listed in the app. Or if you want to work out in the privacy of a well-equipped pod, check out the Vigor and Dynamic options.

The pay-per-use model allows you to gym without signing your life away. You can re-schedule your session if you need to, book out the entire Dungeon gym or Pods if you wish, have a personal training session or work out with a small group of friends (capacity limits apply).

Our goal is fitness. Our mantra is flexibility.
