The wrong dates are listed on my stats constantly. Some days the next date will not appear and you're stuck on the previous day stats. Foods that were listed are gone. And often when inputting stats you get 'request failed' over and over- you guys should check out the Lose It app, now that's awesome.

I used to love the ease of using the mobile Medifast app. I haven't been with Medifast for several years and just starting back up. Loss of features such as an easy way to add a meal (instead of having to go through the graph screen), easy user interface, etc., make this a lacking app. I especially miss logging and keeping track of my Medifast supplies/inventory. That was the best feature of the product - you have your full inventory at your fingertips and when you add a meal to your daily eating, it would reduce your inventory by that amount. It was fantastic to get that quick view of your inventory, and what you might want to order next. An additional feature that I would have loved to see is a note taking ability along with the inventory list. This would allow you to make notes on the items you have (i.e. "This is something that I might like again, but not for daily consumption." or "I love this item - order more before I run out!). I am so sorely disappointed by this app when I know it used to be so great (under MyMedifast app). Good luck if you use it, it's not as user friendly as it could be.

I can log into the official site with my login name and password but this app doesn't recognize me ...

My first week with it wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. The start of week 2, it lost my email address, and all my data. On the off chance it was a fluke, I tried it again only to have it lose my email address in a day.

Doesn't maintain a cupboard like the old one and not very easy or convenient to use.
