To begin, please fill the information below:

Add your Name
Select your gender
Add your Height (cm or feet) and add your Weight (lb or kg)
Select other factors of your choice (Are you sports active? Are you pregnant? Are you Breastfeeding?)
Choose your actual weather condition (Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy, Snow)

After that, you will see your daily water goal recommended -- > you can also add your daily water goal manually

Important note: Your suggested daily goal is a rough estimation based on several factors and should not be used for medical purposes. To obtain your specific hydration needs and goal, please consult your physician.

About our alerts & reminders:

- Set your wake-up time & bedtime (so you don´t receive reminders while you are sleeping)
Choose your reminder interval (15 mins , 30 mins , 45 mins, 1 hour)

Don´t forget to give our app all permission required and stop optimizing battery usage
So our app will be able to run in the background to send you reminders.
