Not easy-to-use especially for book a class. I already using another apps for membership workout let say Rfitness, compare to DOOgether, this app is very very annoooyyinggg. When you book a class, at least you will receive direct email or notification by email or whatsapp. But in this app, i got NOTHING. Even when i was asking directly via DM their instagram, contact via whatsapp, and also email. I got ZERO answer. OmG!!! I love Rfitness app better betteerrrrrrr 100% rather than this app.

The application is helpful to book fitness centers, but I have rarely used it since the pandemic began because I am not sure if the gyms were safe enough.

app crashes a lot. I've just made a payment using cc, page was stuck after I've input my cc otp. Now i don't know whether the payment went through successfully or not, and can't check whether i have the dooaccess or not. Glad i didn't go for the premium one straight away. Sorry had to write it here since your feedback page is only for marketing stunts, you don't even have "payments" or "issues", or even "pass" on the subject. kayak gini koq ngemis rate 5 star di description.

it's a nice app and service as long as you don't cancel the appointment you've paid and ask for a refund. apparently it took sooo loong for them to even give you the updates of your request. it's been 4 days, and they haven't answered my request asking them to return my money since I cancelled the session a few days before the booked session takes place. update: they finally answered and returned my money. hopefully it won't happen again in the future.

Great concept but I had problems with my cc page payment which did not go through. Have reinstalled the app with no luck. Email them/WW them but CS was not knowledgeable. They insist that I have problems with my cc which I have ensured by the respected banks that my credit cards are fine. Tried to use different email, phone numbers as suggested and yet CS insisted problems with my banks. They should invest in better app rather than pushing back to clients for problems. I opted to classpass now

Update (16082019): The review feature is up and running and is cool. But this new back-to-back booking policy is getting to be increasingly annoying. Phaps provide a new membership option for those who would prefer back-2-back classes daily. Simple and comfortable UI, great number of merchants, quick responding customer care team, sweet packages, just love the app all in all. Room for improvement: rate n review feature for each studio/workout would be fun and helpful for users.
