Using BlueStacks

I was very excited to download this app but apparently after I downloaded it it started loading but then when I push start it did not play it just sounded nothing it played but no sound came out I was looking forward to losing weight with this app but I guess I'm going to have to go back to square one can you please fix this ASAP so that I may install it again so that I can have the chance to lose weight
