Smoking is a tough habit to beat and a lot of smoking behavior is so engrained it is hard for the smoker to recognize it. ButtKicks enables users to better track and monitor their smoking behavior. A user can define moods and activities, record smoking behavior and track total cigarettes consumed. Smoking is tied to moods or activities, such as driving a car, where a smoker will smoke a considerable amount. Understanding where, when and how you feel when you smoke enables someone quiting smoking to understand what triggers the smoking urge. ButtKicks provides a visible reminder of how much a person is smoking as well allowing the user to not lose track of total cigarette consumption.
