Instructions to run app are only for tech- savvy people. Difficult for seniors.

Worked fine for several months now the app can't connect to the watch. Reset everything, uninstall and reinstall and it may or may not connect for a day or two.

Useless, doesn't connect to anything, it's just a sceem to make you pay more money for a scale.

I see many strange feebacks about the application and the watch here. For me, the application is one of the very best I have used so far, it is well worth a 4.5 stars but they are a few problems. One of which looking up data like your HR takes a while for the application to load up I do not see it instantaneously The ECG feature in the watch works (I do not say it's valid) but the AI analysis from the APP (15 free per month) does NOT work, it always states that it cannot do the analysis. Otherwise, the watch is very impressive and the app is even more impressive in my book and I have used many many smart watches so far and this one is without a doubt the best..

Using the software with a P1C. The reported track that shows up in the application is always shorter than the actual run, sometimes by a few hundred meters. And pausing the watch during a workout has zero effect. Dr. Viva still shows all tracked activity even while paused.

Very disappointed that after 10 months watch battery life down to 36 hours. Started as 6 days. Watch performance fine.
