Excellent easy to use effective....🙌 this app is the best I have used . I am not forced to improve my health and weight , this app makes me want to exercise and teachers me the knowledge to improve...I love it ..try it and put in the effort or there's no point in you having this app . i have gained a lot of muscle, strength, a good health now I am addicted to this app and use it daily... just hate the rude adds....
