There is no provision for correction in registration details. They give follow up asking for payments but post that Call backs from the doctors and nurses have not come yet. Its bad to only give important to payment collection and not to treatment and follow up and client servicing. If there was zero star i would give that.

Worst app. Its been 10 days since i started using this app as every time when doctor sents prescription its not visible in the app. Complain the IT people also no one is able to solve it.

very worst customer service experience , already paid the amount of doctor consultation but not received any call from doctor side. and i also not able to nake calls to doctor.

Useless app for patients. No history updated nothing can do.. just ur doctors name and detail. That i can save it in my phone and why need app for it..
