This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Discipline Untamed on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

I love the fact that I can watch a video if I dont know what the exercise is, can log my progess during a workout, and if need be suspend and resume my workout if I have to leave the gym. This is a great overall workout app to have!!

This update includes major trainer logging app updates, removing the display of suggestions when none are available, and updating the display of scheduled workouts when logged.

You can now resume your workout process from the Dashboard. You can also send long messages and workout links can be shared via Facebook!
