This way of eating works well for me. This app, unfortunately, does not when it comes to the explanation pages of each type as they are longer than my screen (Galaxy S9), and the pages do not respond to scrolling. I un- and re-installed today, 7/2/21, and encounter the same challenge. Type A and AB are incomplete.

I would love to see what blood types the recipes apply to and a filter by blood type for the foods and recipes. Plus it would be wonderful if a tab could be added with the list of beneficial, neutral and foods to avoid by blood type.

I like this app especially the ability to filter by your blood type in the food section. However, that same filter system need to be applied to the recipe section. I purchased the extra recipe feature but I immediately saw foods that contradicts the recommendations provided on the food list. Please add this feature and I will upgrade this review to 5 stars.

Great app! I love the simplicity!!! It has an extensive list of the twelve food groups. Just click on the food item (meat, nut, grain, fruit, vegetable, herb, etc.) and the apps specifies whether it's beneficial, neutral, or to avoid it based on your blood type. There's also a filter to enter your blood type AND a search bar. This is a very handy app to use while shopping and at restaurants. P.S. I think the items at the top of the list are add-ons/updates; otherwise, the list is in alpha order.

Quick check of this app is a simple list, not all alphabeticalized, No "foods to avoid" on the list. Decent app, but there are better out there.

Hi. Helpful app but needs more details e.g what does neutral mean? Does it mean it's a safe to eat the foods or eat at your own risk? I think remove the recipes if they can't filter by blood type to avoid eating what one should avoid.
