It is a good app when it works. Sometimes it won't submit the refills. 0ther day l had to sign in and l couldn't remember my password. lt wouldn't let me change it. l opened it a few minutes ago and it worked fine. Today is 8/27 2024. The latest date on any refil is 11/10/2023. 04/03/2025. l've chanced my mind; the app is horrible. Logged out to log back in and see if that would fix issues. Now l can't log back in. Says to check connection. Nothing wrong there. probably going to delete it.

Used this before on old phone. notifications are intermittent. messages to pharmacy don't go through. Basically when it works it's alright. install twice on brand new phone. app just spins on splash screen. my local pharmacy is wasting money on this app.
