I like this app. The avatar is cool and the tracking options are good. I just find some of the motivational quotes to be harmful to body image. A dangerous thing for people with body dysmorphia. But it does what I need and adds a fun element with the avatar. If you need motivation, I recommend adding a habit changer app to your weightloss routine.

Nearly every food I consume I have to input the information myself, as the app doesn't recognise it. E.g there are no Waitrose foods, I then have to look up the calories in it, then input it myself, which I can choose to become public info on the app or not. Therefore, there are LOADS of foods on here that other people have inputted the information for, which are totally incorrect! The app can not be trusted when unqualified users (including myself) are providing the nutritional/calorie value.

I'm very happy with it. It's cute and I can add what I eat or how much I exercise. They have some bonuses like dress your own character, add your motivation photos which are non important but still nice to know you can do even more. I love the quotes that help you with your cravings or eating out.

This is a great weightloss and weight management app. I've lost 13 pounds already and it free if you want more upgrade to pro for 2 dollars,L assure you it's worth it! Even if your just trying to live longer,stress less,or eat and drink healthier,lose weight easily or maintain your current weight.It can happen,with this app,you'll see!Give it a try! Had this app for 4 years now. Only thing that bothers me is I forget put it on my card. So when my phone gets upgraded or stolen. I have to buy it all over again. I love that as your habits evolve dressing my avatar becomes harder. It keeps me going.

This is a great, simple to use app. Food diary isn't overly complicated and with the rewards/avatar, there is enough to keep you interested. Only negative is not being able to record your weigh in stones and pounds - please consider adding this as an option.
