I love this app because it gives the user some workouts at various and also gives you diet to follow.i have lost weight completly.I also love how I can use it to calculate my weight BMI and amount of calorie in my body.What I find a little bit challenging is how to use the pedometer

I thought the workout was pretty good. I have been using the beginners workout for a few days and it does not take long to start getting into shape . I have already lost 6lbs.and I go for a thirty minute walk each day (because it,s easy. I forgot to say that I am 74yrs. and I feel really fit. lastly if I can do this so can you. BH.

Very well done! I went ahead and paid for the premium version, so I am reviewing that version. I love the animated examples, the tips during the workout, the voice coaching , the timers. The beginners workout is very doable for someone who is obese like me. However, as doable as it was I really broke a sweat! I also loved that it gives you the option to repeat your work out or stop, and then gives you a fitness tip at the end. I will recommend this app to my fitness class.

I really enjoy working out with this app. It only lasts 7 minutes but very impactful. I love the fact that you can choose how intense you want it, from easy, medium ect. I also like the 30 days challenge option, Its a great way of motivating yourself to work out and it's a great way to keep track of your work out sessions. I particularly love the fact that it contains minimal ladverts. Over all this app is great for all, beginners and more advanced users.

Sturdy, straightforward and impactful I found the interface really straightforward without too much hassles to do a regular 7 minute routine. I found it difficult to get into long ab sessions, earlier. But now with the regular practice of this 7 min workout, am.able to branch out into longer ones

Really love this app, try to use it every day. The 30 day challenge really mixes it up every day to make sure you work your whole body over the week. The reminders are really handy to make sure you dont skip a day too!
