I had oatmeal for breakfast. I tried to enter this as my very first entry, and it is not on the list. That's ok, because I realize it is impossible to have a list of every food. But there should be some way to add foods to the list or customize it in some way. So unless you restrict your diet to the limited foods on this list, it is useless. Better yet, how about being able to scan a bar code, and having that import a list of ingredients from the bar code and dump that data into a file. Then use that data for analysis and correlation to allergy symptoms. Maybe also add something for activities and other exposures, like cleaning (chemicals used) and mowing the grass (exposure to pollen, etc.). This type of app would be helpful, and I bet people would even pay for it.

This would be useful if combined with a current fitness app such as MyFitnessPal. Being able to flag an allergen would be a lot simpler as the platform already exists
