I filled out half of 1 of my applications. I came back to complete and it freezes on the last q. The app itself isn't frozen. It navigates me to where I am on the app and then it will simply not intake the answer. when I try to move forward it says I need to answer then it continues to not intake the answer so I simply cannot proceed. other than this glitch it was working fine. Nothing on my phone is frozen but once I hit that page it's a dead page. It's been days now.

I had to adjust my review because a few years ago I used to get notifications. Now if you get a email or whatever sent to this you get no notifications and stuff sits because you get no notification that you have a message. If a person checks their stuff once a month they may have their benefits interrupted because the service does not work

login has not been working lately. There is no clear notification of application status even after more than a month, you have to call and it doesn't say that either. Doesn't properly sync ongoing cases. I don't know why its always the important government and business apps that barely work but that level of neglegence is unacceptable.

I've tried recertifying a total of three times in five weeks just to have my case closed without any notification or reason why. I've sent all of my documents in orderly time and yet to receive a letter an email or for someone to finally pick up the phone to that bot like number still on file. I'm not the only one whose been screwed based upon the rest of the most recent reviews.

If this app is supposed to be convenient...IT IS NOT! It says I have a message but when I click messages, it says unexpected error!? Do u developers realize the notifications are time sensitive?? If i get my benefits cut ITS YOUR FAULT!! This app is a waste of space on my phone, and online is no better. Its a shame you people are getting paid to create useless tech!!! YOU DEVELPERS ARE NON COMPLIANT!!! get it together or quit!

I've just started using it. So far, so good except for the fact that when I initially had to fill the form to connect to my account the way to enter my birthdate was ridiculous. Instead of being able to type the date, I had to go to the date on a calendar which meant I had to click 65 times. My finger is tingling - crazy.
