Room for improvement. But does the job. My suggestions: 1. Fix bug as my alerts say not available due to phone settings. So I do don't get warnings when dropping on my A5 2017. 2. Show a colour codded bubble like in the mysugr app when I imput data to say I've eaten. 3. When inputting insulin in events show the sugar levels beside it or beside meals when put in events. 4. Update frequently so add new phones in current market. 5. Make it a universal app for all dexcom G5-G7 products save time

V basic app! Disappointed at limited personalisation options - can't adjust graph at all (beyond 2 options for range), sounds are all awful, and settings for these too are poor - so limited! Rival apps have notifications on lock screen & notification bar. Why doesn't dexcom? Also, what's with having to sign to agree to terms page EVERY time I go into the app?? ANNOYING!! Dort it out Dexcom, I expected better of you than this!!

A very basic app that is clunky and awkward to use. Limited event logging (how about a free text field for meals Devs?) and limited report generating capacity, even through its sister app Clarity. Not a good advert for the Dexcom brand. Also, doesn't work on some phones (Galaxy Note 10 Ultra it the time of writing). Needs a major overhaul.

Dexcom, why is there a warning every time I open this app?! this is a terrible way of raising awareness. In terms of reviewing stats this is a poor way to review my weekly, monthly patterns, even daily. I don't like the trend graph in my notifications it would be better to just show mmol. But its graph or clicking on the app. Step it up. Would also find it useful if there was a note functionality for the event log. Also be nice if I could view mmol in a non-graph form throughout the day.

Good app but could be better. My main complaint is the alert every 5 mins when I'm out of range. I have this to repeat "never" but every 5 mins I get the alert again, it is going to drive me to turn it off, which is against the point. Secondly the app sounds have the ability to put in notes. Putting in carbs and insulin is good, but it needs notes, what carbs, why did I change my insulin amount? How am I going to remember in 4 months without this ability.

Why on earth is this app not compatible with more recent android phones?? Not compatible with my Google Pixel 4, or my husband's Huawei P30 pro, both of which are at least 12-18 months old!! Extremely frustrating.

About this app

Only use this app if you have the Dexcom G6 CGM System.

Always know your glucose number and where it’s heading with the Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System – approved for diabetes treatment decisions with zero fingersticks* and no calibration.

*If your glucose alerts and readings from the G6 do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.

With Dexcom G6, always know your glucose number with just a quick glance at your compatible smartphone or smartwatch. For a list of compatible devices visit www.dexcom.com/compatibility. Dexcom G6 provides real-time glucose readings as frequently as every five minutes. Dexcom G6 is approved for children age 2 and older.

The Dexcom G6 System provides personalized trend alerts right on your smart device and lets you see when your glucose levels are going too low, or too high, so you can better manage your diabetes. The Alert Schedule feature lets you schedule and customize a second set of alerts. Custom alert sounds are available, including a Vibrate-Only option on the phone for glucose alerts. The only exception is the Urgent Low Alarm, which you can’t turn off.

The Always Sound setting allows you to receive certain Dexcom CGM Alerts even if your phone sound is off, set to vibrate, or in Do Not Disturb mode. This will allow you to silence calls or texts but still receive audible CGM Alerts, including Low and High Glucose alert, Urgent Low Soon Alert, Urgent Low Alarm, and Rise and Fall Rate alerts. Always Sound is on by default. A Home screen icon shows you if your Alerts will sound or not. For safety, the Urgent Low Alarm and these alerts can’t be silenced: Transmitter Failed, Sensor Failed, and App Stopped.

In addition to the accurate performance provided by the Dexcom Sensor, you’ll receive other valuable features:

• Share your glucose data with your followers who can monitor your glucose data and trends on their compatible smart device with the Dexcom Follow app. Share and Follow functions require an internet connection.

• Quick Glance allows you to view your glucose data on the lock screen of your smart device
• A Dexcom Clarity link on the landscape trend graph lets you easily transition to the Clarity App to view more information on your glucose trends

Wear OS Integration

• Activate the Dexcom G6 watch face to quickly access your glucose information and trend graph right from your wrist
• You can view glucose alerts and alarms from your Wear OS watch
