This app is so annoying, every time I open it, this has to update. And after updating I have to login again. And the payment portal is a useless thing. People use an app to make things easy, it's better to not have an app and let people use the online portal rather than having such a headache of an application. I wouldn't even be using this if they could fix a standing order, but they don't even have a method to change a card once the existing one is expired. Really really disappointed..

I purchased a smart watch a month ago. Music controller and alarm functions are not functioning as they have advertised in the website. It is just a idle icon only. I already made an inquiry as per attached image. They never responded yet. It's been a month now. If they can be like they are not accountable after selling the item, I personally don't trust their activity programmes as well. You can purchase the similar type of watch at lower cost.

Sometimes this click app is a real pain. When i open it and click "pay" button, it starts fetching data but never opens the payment page.

1. Cant upload claim all documents at once. 2. Automatically upload claim documents before finish the uploading. 3. Get many times to fetching data. App is very very slow. 4. Not in user friendly. 5. Can' edit uploading process (add mire documents ) as it is automatically uploading. 6. Sometimes cant pay via app.
