Requires a permanent Internet connection. It does not store its data locally, but instead relies on the cloud for literally everything. I also have to reconnect my scale (a pretty tedious process) every time my phone reboots. And since about a week or so, it gives me an error every time I weigh myself, despite showing my correct weight in the app afterwards. I also lost all my historical data in the app. I'm sure it's still stored in the cloud, I just can't see it in the app.

Was able to open this app exactly once. Now it crashes every time I try to open it again. I barely get a welcome screen! Useless, and what a waste of money for the watch, which is now just a super expensive pedometer. Update: It has been one week since I wrote to Decathlon's customer service as instructed by their response below. I have yet to hear back from them. Clearly the team monitoring their reviews is faster and more competent than their helpdesk. The watch still works fine - but without connecting it to the app, what's the point? It's just a more expensive pedometer. STILL A WASTE OF MONEY.

I have been usint this Scale for at least 6 years. This App never been good. It works fine for a few months then after an update it sucks. I am fan of Decathlon equipment but never ever buy another electronic stuff from Decathlon. Anyway lately it was workinf fine again for a few months but since the last update it takes ages to open the dashboard and statistics doesn't show. Whenever they fix something they brake another one :(

Cowardly removed more than 10 years of sport tracking and statistics without a single notification to make a backup, and now ignores in support - this is what you get for being a loyal customer for more than a decade. A spit in your face, sordid act.

Using with cw900. The app only wants to connect to the watch when connected to the internet witch is quite uncomfortable. Crashes all the time. The watch says it's connected but is sometimes not able to control music playback.

I have been using this app for about 2 months now, but it's been acting up so far: the app would fail to record workouts and other sports activities as well as daily step count and the HR feature won't work even after the software has been upgraded. Who else has been having an issue with the HR feature? Update: The company ended up getting their act together and suggested that I downloaded a freshly released SW upgrade package. Problem solved!Excellent service!
