As someone else has mentioned asks for your phone number to send a verification code to create an account. Once received you should be able to input this in and move to the next stage of account creation. But it doesn't, tried this more than enough times still no account created. Need to fix otherwise the Cambridge Smart Mask I've received is pretty useless and although good as a mask, not very smart.

Can't sign up to access the app. I bought this as a person with Cystic Fibrosis. Air quality is a big factor in staying healthy. It's a shame this app obviously has no support as it hasn't been updated in 2 months. Surely it's not that hard to update the app to be able to skip the sign in process untill it's fixed?

I have the same problem as everyone else: asks for a phone number, hit "send verification code" then nothing (or, "an error occurred, please try again". I had high hopes for Cambridge Mask, since I have a compromised immune system because of chemo. I'm very, very disappointed. Cambridge Mask, please tell us what's going on, or else return our money!

Tried to create an account multiple times. When prompted to enter my country code and phone number, I do just that and it tells me either my phone number or country code is wrong... kind of frustrating after waiting almost a year to get it.
