I switched to Dancebody from another workout method about four years ago, and I've never regretted it. It's so much fun to learn the dances, the sculpt has gotten my whole body into shape (without painful soreness) and I never get bored. The app makes it all very easy to customize the workout that's right for you, wherever you are and whatever your body needs.

I was not a dancer before the pandemic hit. I was an occasional user of DanceBody's streaming and on demand classes for the past couple of years. But when gyms closed and I felt unsafe returning in the midst of a pandemic, I turned to the enthusiastic and supportive team at DanceBody to stay on track with my physical and mental well being. There are a range of classes from beginners to advanced, and I am challenged and motivated every (dance) step. I'm so grateful for their streaming platform.
