Notification sound keeps ringing when there is an order. It does not stop until order is finish, which means, it keeps ringing even when order is accepted and everything, but not until order is delivered. Only way to stop it is to close the app. Also, live chat support does not know you even if your are logged in on the app. You always have to enter your details everytime.

Everytime there is an order, notification sound keeps ringing even if order has already been accepted. It does not even stop even if order has already been placed ready for rider. I can only stop it by closing the app. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Thank you
