This is great for beginners. There is a page that shows all the yoga poses they use and exactly how to do them. I'm hoping after a few months of using the app my balance will be better during some of the poses.

Adriene has a lovely way about her and explains everything very nicely. The sessions start at the right level for beginners and work up from there. It is a lovely journey.

So many ads! Had to uninstall before I even used the app as every time I tried to see anything a loud advert would autoplay! Static ads are one thing, but video ads that take up half the screen are just not on! I'll find something else that isn't just adverts with a few yoga poses thrown in.
