大瀚環球商務中心提供辦公室、會議室及共同工作空間，隨時透由行動裝置快速預約使用。
導入雙向即時通訊(IM)機制滿足立即交辦、溝通及快速處理客戶提出商務服務。
電話共響機制在客戶離開辦公室後無法接聽桌機情況下，也能同時於行動裝置上接聽公司代表號的任何來電電話，透由網路進行語音傳輸，故無需任何通話費用，替客戶節省通話成本。
代收送郵件包裏、訪客親訪及代接電話記錄、會議提醒、商務服務工作完成、客戶服務單確認及帳單資訊，於行動商務平臺即時通知協助客戶完成每一筆訂單，並讓客戶隨時掌握營運狀況。
配合第三方支付或信用卡公司，直接於手機進行付款動作，提升客戶消費體驗。
