I am in love with your band and the results are consistent. But can you please provide below feature : When we connect the band to the mgcool application via bluetooth then let the band be always connected to the application.  Even if we exit the application on the phone, the band should not get disconnected.  If we turn off the Bluetooth on phone then only it should get disconnected. Otherwise band should always be connected to the application.  This way user will get all the notifications when connected

Can't view history, I want to compare steps, sleep pattern. Would be great if could connect to other apps like google fit. Its a great watch but the apps not great. Can see me forking out for another device like fitbit

Garbage! My watch will not connect and stay connected. It freezes my phone too. This has got to be improved

Had no issue synchronizing, but this app is the only choice of you have the device. Functionality is very basic, and you can't check, for instance, your steps from yesterday, or download the raw data for your own analysis. UI is cryptic and language could use improvement.

No syncronizion problems. But I keep getting disconnected from the app. App closes very quick(please repair this issue). Every other thing seems to work perfectly.

Can you please adjust the sleepmonitor so you can monitor sleep all hours of the day/night. Not everybody lives/works during the day and you can only choose hours in the night and morning to monitor. Feels for me as a big flaw, ecspecially because the regular 9 to 5 rithm is outdated. Also maybe the developer can make it so that the watch doesnt get disconnected from the app, it should only disconnect when you turn bluetooth off and not just when the app isnt open anymore. Nice watch overall, works good with the Elephone S7. Is light and easy in use.
